Looking for a Regional Manager that will be responsible for oversight and business development within the territories they are assigned. Must strengthen the relationship between our company, insurance carrier/clients, Regional Trainers, and independent claim inspectors. Establish new business relationships with insurance carriers/clients and ensure a quality product is maintained throughout the assigned territories. This position will require a minimum of 25% travel to different locations and including attending trade shows, conferences, and other company-sponsored events. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to exercise independent judgment that will directly impact business development
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance claim inspection industry.
- 5+ years of experience in management with a proven track record of recruiting motivating and developing people into the specific role to better the relationship with clients.
- Knowledge of dispatching claims
- Extensive knowledge of Xactimate and XACT analysis
- Strong negotiation and business development skills

$100,000+ per year.
